A Canning Community In Springdale, Arkansas

The Canning Community is about bringing people together the old-fashioned way—with good food, something cold to drink, plenty of laughter, and a little work happening along the way. Hosted by chef extraordinaire Wes Russell and his Canning Committee, our gatherings are casual, welcoming, and designed for everyone to join in however they like. Chop, stir, fill jars, learn something new—or simply pull up a chair, visit, and enjoy the fun.

There are no experts required and no pressure to keep up. We learn as we go, share what we know, eat well, laugh often, and leave with more than a few jars of something delicious. It’s a little bit of the old way of life, mixed with a little spice, a lot of fun, and a growing community of great people.

Next Canning party is Saturday, November 14th.  See details in the invite.  Festivities begin around 4:00, but come anytime.  Salsa will be made from mild to hot and jars are available for purchase that night.
